Stock goes out in the morning, sales are closed at the end of the day, and cash is remitted and verified. Each step is recorded where it happens, by the person doing it.
Managers see which staff have collected stock, submitted a closing, and remitted, and which records still need their review.
Staff record what they collect and what remains at close. Quantity sold and the amount expected are calculated from those counts, not typed in separately.
Rankings and targets are calculated from submitted closings, so performance reviews start from the same numbers each shop reported.

People who have an account: owners, managers, staff and others the organization gives access to. What each person sees depends on their role and on the regions, zones or shops they are assigned to. It is not a public app.
Accounts are created by invitation, or you can apply on the Apply to join page. Every request is reviewed within 1 business day. Once it is approved you receive a link to choose your password.
You can install it on a phone like an app. Staff can record collections and closings without a connection: they are kept on the device and sent when the connection returns. Other screens need a connection, although recently opened ones may still show their last saved figures.
Yes. Each organization's records are kept separate from every other organization's, and every request is checked against the person's role and assigned shops. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and sign-ins, approvals and changes are recorded in an audit log.
