Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Ice Joy Platform (the "Service"), a multi-tenant software platform for shop inventory, sales, staff, and reconciliation management, operated by Placeholderthe legal entity name of the platform operator, to be confirmed ("we," "us," "the Platform"). By creating an organization account or otherwise using the Service, the organization and its authorized users ("you," "your organization") agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service lets a business ("your organization") manage shops, regions, and zones; products and pricing; inventory and stock movements; staff collections, closings, and remittances; purchase orders; targets and rankings; and business reports and audit history, and provides self-service subscription and billing management for paid plans.

Each organization account is a separate, isolated tenant. Your organization is responsible for the accuracy of the information it provides, for the conduct of the individual user accounts it creates under its organization, and for keeping login credentials confidential. Individual user permissions within your organization are configured by your organization's own administrators, not by us.

Paid use of the Service is governed by the plan your organization selects, billed on a recurring basis, and by the separate Subscription Terms and Cancellation Policy, which are part of these Terms by reference. New organizations may be offered a free trial period; trial length and what happens at the end of a trial are described in the Subscription Terms.

Your organization agrees not to use the Service to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to another organization's data or account;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law.

Your organization retains ownership of the business data it enters into the Service (products, sales, inventory, staff records, and similar operational records). How that data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy and Data Export & Retention document.

The Service itself (its software, design, and branding) remains the property of the platform operator. PlaceholderFinal intellectual-property ownership, licensing scope granted to customers, and any trademark usage terms are pending legal review.
