Subscription Terms

Draft last updated September 24, 2026 · Not yet in effect

1. Plans

The Service is offered on several subscription plan tiers, each with its own set of features and usage limits (for example, the number of active shops, staff accounts, regions, or zones included). The specific plans currently offered, and their prices, are shown in-product when choosing or changing a plan.

2. Trials

A new organization may begin using the Service on a free trial for a limited period (currently approximately 21 days) before any payment is required. No charge is made automatically at the end of a trial: an organization must actively add billing and activate a paid plan to continue with full write access once the trial period and its following grace period have both ended.

3. Billing Cycle and Payment

Paid plans are billed either monthly or annually, in advance, depending on the billing cycle chosen. Payment is processed through our payment processor, Paystack, or by manual bank/mobile- money settlement confirmed by platform staff. Your organization is responsible for keeping its payment method or billing arrangement current.

4. What Happens if Payment Is Late

If a recurring payment fails, the organization is not immediately restricted. It enters a grace period during which normal use continues while billing is corrected. If billing is not resolved by the end of the grace period, the organization moves to a read-only mode: existing data remains fully visible and exportable, but new business transactions cannot be recorded until billing is resolved.

5. Changing Plans

An organization may upgrade or downgrade its plan at any time from within the product. An upgrade or downgrade takes effect on the organization's access and limits immediately; the billing amount for the change is reflected starting at the next renewal, not as an immediate prorated charge or refund.

6. Setup Fees

A plan may carry a one-time setup/implementation fee, shown before an organization commits to that plan.

7. Price Changes

PlaceholderThe notice period and process for changing the price of an existing subscriber's plan (as opposed to the published price for new subscribers) is pending a business and legal decision.

8. Refunds

PlaceholderNo refund policy has been finalized yet. Whether, and under what circumstances, a payment is refundable is pending a business and legal decision, and nothing on this page should be read as a commitment either to provide or to withhold refunds.

9. Cancellation

See the separate Cancellation Policy for how to cancel and what happens to your organization's data afterward.

10. Enterprise / Custom Agreements

Larger organizations may negotiate a custom agreement outside this standard billing cycle. PlaceholderStandard terms for such agreements are handled case by case and are pending legal review for any future published template.
